Your Health. Your Wellness. Your Performance

"Do what you have to do, until you can do

what you want to do"

Rehabilitation is a critical component of the recovery process, playing a vital role in restoring physical function, improving quality of life, and promoting overall well-being.

Our clinic and gym-based rehabilitation sessions are tailored by our physiotherapist and run by our fantastic strength and conditioning trainer, to help individuals regain strength, mobility, and independence after acute or long-term injury, or during the recovery from orthopaedic surgery.

At Project: Physio, we’re proud to offer Project: Osteo Rehab - Specialist Exercise & Assessment for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. Osteo Rehab is a structured, clinician-led program designed to support individuals with low bone density through safe, effective movement.

By focusing on personalised programs, and utilising our cutting-edge rehabilitation gym, our sessions empower individuals to overcome challenges, reduce the risk of future injuries, and achieve their highest potential in daily activities and sports.

project: osteo rehab

Block of 10 clinician-led exercise classes designed specifically for individuals with osteoporosis or low bone density.

Osteopenia and osteoporosis are conditions marked by reduced bone density, increasing the risk of fractures—especially in the spine, hips, and wrists. But bones are living tissue, and like muscles, they respond to the right kind of stress. That’s where exercise comes in.

At Project: Physio, we’re proud to offer a block of clinician-led exercise classes, which include:

  • 2 Individual Assessment Sessions: Comprehensive pre- and post-program evaluations using advanced testing tools to track progress and tailor your experience.

  • 8 Group or Individual Exercise Classes: Focused on strength, balance, posture, and fall prevention—delivered in a supportive, small-group setting.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or looking to stay active safely, these classes are about reclaiming control, building resilience, and investing in your future health. Expert-led, the classes can run on a 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 ratio. Smaller groups mean our expert clinician can closely monitor technique, adapt exercises in real time, and ensure safety—especially critical for clients with fracture risk or movement limitations.

Let’s move with purpose. Let’s build with strength. Let’s protect your bones—together.
