INTERVAL
Independent Edinburgh Running Store
Interval is an independent running store founded in 2024. We sell shoes, clothes, and anything that helps runner’s go further, faster, and have more fun outdoors.
Beyond that, our wee shop is a home for Edinburgh’s runners: new ones, old ones, visiting ones, and yet-to-get-started ones. Somewhere to start, somewhere to return to. A place to chat routes, kit, races, injuries. A place to meet like-minded people. All welcome.
Regardless of why you run, where you run, or how quickly you run, we firmly believe that running is an activity which adds to the richness of life. And that’s why we decided to open Interval: to, hopefully, inspire a few more people to pick up a pair of shoes, head out the door, and run. Whatever your reason may be.
At project: physio we are keen that patients can get honest supportive advice around shoes and shoe choice. This is why we are incredibly excited to partner with INTERVAL and highly recommend people access this fantastic Edinburgh based resource.
