project: volleyball
Your Health. Your Wellness. Your Performance
"Think positive, real volleyball happens too fast to think
any other way"
With over 12 years of experience in treating and advising volleyball athletes at an international level, we have devised and developed project: volleyball to bring this experience to all players and coaches nationwide.
Providing insights into aspects of group and individual performance, as well as injury treatment and rehabilitation, is made possible using our unique online, in-clinic, and performance consultations.
The provision of strategies around injury reduction, monitoring, and screening is brought to reality with our exercise software and cutting-edge testing equipment.
We are proud to support Scotland's Men's and Women's National Indoor Teams alongside some of the countries leading Indoor Volleyball Club teams.
Project: Volleyball's scope also extends to the Scottish Volleyball High-Performance Beach Programme and a number of the teams within it.
The opportunity to gain insight and advice from those who know your sport acutely is the blueprint and vision of
project: volleyball
